Teresa Townsend

I became the Rector of Anna Benefice on 26th April 2022. Before then, I worked part-time as a Y6 primary school teacher in Swindon whilst also completing my curacy in the town. I was born and raised in the village of Wroughton, just south of Swindon and was a chorister in my village church for over thirty-five years. Before ordination I was also licensed as an LLM and have been in authorised ministry now for eleven years. Nic and I have been married since 1989 and have three adult children and a step-granddaughter. We also have a very cuddly but noisy dog called Bladon. We enjoy walking, being out in the countryside and spending time with family. Nic is loving his new garden and I enjoy sitting in it reading and doing crochet!

Nicky Judd

I was born and brought up in Upper Clatford and was a teacher for 40 years. Since 1990 I have been a Self Supporting Minister in the Anna Benefice, served for 5 years as Diocesan Advisor for non-stipendiary Ministry and have been involved in hospital chaplaincy. I enjoy the countryside, theatre, film, reading, walking, swimming, debate and research.

I am a married, retired Army officer (instructor, systems analyst) who has lived in Abbotts Ann for over twenty years. A former PCC Secretary, occasional choir member and am currently a Licensed Lay Minister in the Benefice ministry team. I am also honorary archivist to Abbotts Ann Parish Council (MA in Local History).

I was licensed as a Licensed Lay Minister in Bristol diocese in 1990 before moving to Winchester in 2011. I was sent by Area Dean to Pastrow benefice before appointment by Bishop to this Ministry Team. I am Andover Deanery Secretary, married to Jane Eastwood, have fifteen grandchildren and love family life. I was Bible Society Database Manager before retirement, ex-rugby referee, umpire, and chess player
